I have been a lawyer since 2004, and a member of the Budapest Bar Association.

In the beginning of my career, I was involved in the foundation and licensing of financial enterprises and general legal representation of business entities.

In 2010 I graduated as a tax advisor and in 2012 as a certified turnover tax expert.

I wrote my thesis on electronic invoicing in practice. Subsequently, I have been involved in the implementations of electronic invoicing systems, internal management systems, electronic excise registers and on-line cash registers as a turnover tax expert.

I am also active in other areas of turnover taxation (drafting expert opinions, appearing in tax control proceedings and VAT litigation). I also regularly provide tax consultancy and international tax planning in the field of income taxation.

Since 2016, I have been carrying out data protection due diligence of credit institutions and financial enterprises and revising their regulations following the introduction of the GDPR. Subsequently, I conducted data protection works for several clients in other sectors. I have worked on data protection projects for accounting and healthcare service providers, communications service providers, data marketing companies, among others, as well as for several software developers and e-commerce companies.

Since 2014, I have been a member of the Hungarian Association of Chartered Accountants (MOKLASZ), and during its existence I was the head of the MOKLASZ Digital Working Group and a member of the EFAA (European Federation of Accountants and Auditors) Digital Working Group.

I was also a member of the Competition Law Association from 2006-2012.

I am fluent in written and spoken English and regularly draft contracts, by-laws, and other legal documents in English.

I also have some knowledge of programming on a hobby level.
